Biography
Robyn Wohl has been a New York City resident since attending Pratt Institute, where she earned a BFA in filmmaking. She later studied scenery design and painting for the theatre at the Studio and Forum of Stage Design. Ms. Wohl trained in fresco restoration at the Pietro Vannucci Academia d'Belle Arte in Perugia, Italy.
Robyn participated in the 1980's East Village scene where she had several exhibits at the Bridgewater Gallery. Later she had solo exhibits and was represented by the storied OK Harris Works of Art in Soho. Her most recent show was at The New York City Public Library.
Robyn's experience also include serving as the Visual Merchandising and Display director at Gucci's Fifth Avenue flagship store.
Robyn resides in New York City, where she continues working in her private studio.

Borrowed from Renoir: " There are enough ugly things in life". I make narrative pictures with a whimsical leitmotiv, inspired by 1910-era postcards.
