Escaping Covid – 12 Moveable Paintings

About the work

Interactive 12 pieces 3x4 grid configuration Acrylic and mixed media on carefully prepared pieces of American hardwoods with a Velcro or magnet backing. Individual abstract, heavily textured paintings are 5x5 inches each. Finished works are arranged in grids that range from 10 inches x 10 inches up to 7 feet x 25 feet interactive installations. Individual pieces can be lifted, rotated, moved, interchanged, and placed back onto the backer boards, resulting in new construction and connection of colors, lines, shapes, and/or textures. The connections are endless and infinite on the larger works of 36 pieces or more.
